I am using it almost eveyday and I find useful specially for the freqiency of 7,83Hz to stay focused and relaxed into my activities. I am also using it at 432Hz (not listed in your frequency list) to improve meditation, with excellent results for heart brain coherence. The problem of all common MP3 frequency is that they are ineffectve due to the sampling rate that is creating lots of frequency holes not detectable at aural level.

Device works as advertised and is very reasonably priced (I am a former electronic technician)...the person claiming no sound comes out is mistaken...you have to plug earphones into the socket on right side to hear sound, otherwise the device produces an Electro-magnetic field that vibrates at the indicated frequency, thus one does not have to use earphones to get the effect. If one is using earphones, it is recommended to only use for 20 minutes at a time, whereas being within the Electro-magnet field can be used indefinitely. It is a very well made product. I had a question or 2 and the support responded immediately to my questions.
